I understand your concerns and always good to stay cautious. I don't think we have so much to worry on MHY side. If they wanted to, they could have done so long ago. And if the numbers on the site is anything to go by, MHY can't afford to lose such a number of accounts overnight.

Tbh, it has always been getting from the link. We just used to be able to get the link from the log file pre-3.0, but we have to use other methods now

The few methods exist of now would be the fiddler method which listens for when your game client makes a request to the gacha page, and we capture the link directly from there. Baruna made a similar method last night I believe.

Then we found that the link might actually still be in cache files, so we tried to dig for the link from there too.

So the base implementation in how we get the data from MHY using the link didn't change. What changed is the method we used to try and get this link, which all happens on our local machine anyway so MHY will have no idea any more than they previously do.

That said, I am not saying they totally won't know. For example, a normal wish history window retrieves 5 (previously 6) records at a time. We retrieve a maximum of 20. So if they wish to, they could have known all these while.
