Qiqi is the best if you don't have Kokomi, Barbara can do the job but can be frustrating when fighting against cryo enemies (Kokomi can also suffer from this but is much lower risk since she only hydro's herself at the initial cast of jellyfish) However when there is no risk of cryo she's pretty amazing. Kuki is good but can be awkward to use due to her self damage. Others worth mentioning are Diona, not a constant healer but she also brings shields to the table, and Noelle, who can also shield, and heals with each strike while the bubble is up. She can also be a powerful damage dealer in her own right.
