#Change some Trello Tags (NOT A SHITPOST)

Ok, so, most of the time, when someone suggests a vehicle, they are told that - Lo and behold, it is in the trello. But is it really counted?

Let me list some examples
Mirage IV - Under consideration for at least 3 years
F-4 Phantom II - Highly suggested! Guess what, under consideration for at least 4 years
Formidable Class Frigate - Ok, this is biased because I'm Singaporean. But 2 years? Under consideration for 2 years?
Yak-60 - Under consideration for like 5 years!

Now, I'm half-sure the reason these are not decided is because the lack of modelers. I understand that.

But still. If that's the case, change it from "Under Consideration" to "Modeler needed" or something among those lines! Don't leave us hanging.

Same for the planned thing!
The Diamond DA-40 has been planned for 5 years. Clearly you need a modeller! Change the tag to that. Maybe people from the community will volunteer.

Listen, you have an amazing community that no doubt would love to step up and help this amazing game. I don't think that if you let the community know when a plane they want needs modelling, that no one will step up. There is guaranteed to be many talented modelers out there wanting to help this game, but with those modeler applications every lord-knows-how-long? Basically impossible.

Also under consideration means it’s unclaimed

If it’s under consideration for 5 years then that means no one has wanted to make it for 5 years

How are we supposed to change that unless someone wants to claim it

i am pretty sure most of the aeronautican community thinks the devs considered it and then forgot about it

it’s called under consideration because someone thought it was worthy enough to be ingame and put it there for other devs to see

Just the fact is that there is a not unlikely chance that a modeler never takes interest in it

Thus “under consideration”

It has a elevated chance of being added over not being on the trello

But it’s not a guarantee

brotha john 😭 do you not see the hundreds of people suggesting for the F-4. If you put a modeler needed tag, i think someone who can model and loves the F-4 might actually make one

There’s just a recognizably real chance

changing it to needs modeler won’t change how we as devs view it

the only difference that change makes is false hope of a guarantee

What i'm saying here, is, the tag that a Modeler is needed will give it a tiny chance to actually get in the game if someone in the community steps up and models it to aeronautica's standards

People want plane > They see no one claims it > They know how to model > They ask to model it > Community claimed

a CC will think about a plane, see no one has claimed it and then ask about it

but i feel like the tag "Under Consideration" is not obviously pointing to that not a single soul in the dev team wants to model it

It means that there are devs who think it is a worthy addition

and thus added it to the trello

What im asking me to be honest is the Trello more for the Dev Side or the Community... I mean it really helps Dev to see which Vehicles are claimed or not & most of the time its not relevant for the community, on the other hand tho, the Community can see what Stuff maybe comes up next?? But i think its pretty straight forward that Under Consideration means that it isn't claimed / nobody is interested in doing it right now
