Fix Runway 12 at Pavala Airport ILS

The ILS and PAPI lights at Pavala Airport are way to low causing me to crash into the spectators. I was flying perfectly according to the PAPI and ILS yet when I was supposed to be around 100 feet above the runway I was instead flying into the spectators 😭 R.I.P bob
