It would be nice if there was a small bonus multiplier for jobs in/around poor weather.
Poor weather makes all jobs in aeronautica harder, normal transport missions become more hazardous, especially during landing or when flying around terrain.
SAR and Interception jobs are severely impacted as both jobs rely on visual cues which make the job significantly harder.
And race jobs become harder without being able to see race markers/pylons.
Code logic behind the mechanic:
If the job is taken at an airport or the destination airport has poor weather, a small multiplier is added to the job payout. (The game can already detect weather conditions at the airport from my understanding [METAR report at airports seems to indicate this] )
Poor weather in an area around the airport (about say 10nm in radius around the airport?) will also increase the multiplier
More severe weather would provide a larger multiplier:
I.e. (just for example, actual multiplier up to dev discretion)
Foggy = 0.05 multiplier
Snowing = 0.08
Storming = 0.1
