discord levels suggestion to improve them hopefully

for example AERO themed(like the games system for rank) = level 1-15 Cadet, 16-30 Flight Officer, 31-50 Captain, 51-75 Senior Captain, and 76-99 Air Commander and so on it dosnt really have to be aero themed it could be like the rank 100 role or maybe DISCORD themed Level 1-15 Lurker, Level 16-30 Casual Chatter, Level 31-50 Regular, Level 51-75 Power User, Level 76-99 Terminally Online, Level 100 Unhealthy Discord Addict

i would do this but unhealthy discord addict already has the issue where getting given it just removes your pic perms

since pic perms are a level 4 reward

i'd have to make it so every unique level gives you pic perms

also, we don't have icons for the roles yet
