I think the game needs more firefighting aircraft (planes and helicopters) as well as jobs for them.
for helicopters if they are using the Bambi Bucket they should be able to refill it from lakes/oceans (Maybe even pools to make it cool 
)
as for planes I suggest that you start with water only that can be filled by landing in the ocean (if it's a seaplane) or landing at airports like a normal plane like the C130. and in future updates adding phos-check (the red liquid) also don't forget the water tanks on helicopters which is the 2nd thing instead of the bambi bucket.
