i would NOT advise reccomending stuff like this as i tried to suggest KLIA and many other airports into the game before and just got clueless'ed. even though they ARE doing kyo remodels/expansions (believe it or not) its quite a low chance for such a major airport to get added.
(besides, you have to specify where it should be put AND we're not even a year away from when udyanapura got added)

I wouldnt say so, as long as your suggestion of of good quality and you know what scenery is going to be worked on next, then feel free to suggest scenery that corresponds to the WIP.
