I don't mean shut it down permanently. I mean shut down the warning when it pops up. It wont pop up again until the next time its required.

Yeah some form of GPWS inhibition is standard on most fighters and helicopters for the reason that it would be annoying at low alt or trying to land

Helis I believe inhibit it when in hover, while fighters inhibit it when flying low and level
