The ability to turn on runway lines when it's daytime, for visibility, especially for unloaded terrain.
(To note, I can't find any already made suggestions about this. Please tell me if there is.)

But if the terrain is unloaded, how are you expecting the runway lights to be loaded

in settings theres a selection for whether lights should render at what distance

And you also have insturment approaches at most airports so you dont even have to see the runway to land on it

The lights load even when the terrain isn't rendered. I noticed this most, at night.
