The Boeing EX was a proposed advanced surveillance aircraft to be a replacement for the E-2 or other carrier aircraft. The EX was radically different design compared to other aircraft of its era or role. Using joined wing configuration to lower weight and drag. Brilliantly, to further reduce drag, the radar equipment was stored in the secondary wing. Despite the project going to wind tunnel mock-ups, the aircraft never was produced.

Yep
"radically different design compared to other aircraft of its era or role"
look inside
lockmart s-3 with 2 wings glued to it
ruined the s-3 smh
Nuh uh
Box wing is the official name but yes
Not exactly sure what bong cloud they were using when they made this but it looks interesting at least
Probably had too many aerodynamic issues, given they didn’t get beyond wind tunnel testing.

why not diamond
it literally is a diamond
S-3 what did they do to you
s-3 conversion to this would be funny
