Add cabin lights too the Multi-Function panel

I think adding cabin lights to the panel would be a good addition to the game, why you may ask? It would be nice to have an area where ALL the lights are including cabin lights!

maybe they should be highlighted green instead of blue or smth, just because they're a different type of light compared to the rest

all of the lights appear to use the same system, one just uses actual lights and billboard guis instead of changing the parts to neon

also speaking of cabin lights is now a good time to point out that the devs haven't bothered responding to #1261737822486925423 yet and that they need to because that alone would make the game so much cooler and it is really fucking easy to do

ask confirmation from the devs if you want, but i think the relay proves that having custom cabin/cockpit colors would probably require manually adding the option on every single aircraft on which you want the feature
