if you live underneath an airport's arrival track and an A320ceo flies by, you'd typically hear a very angelic howl (kinda like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eDoJl53Zzo). though there's already the sound in the game, it's only limited for the IAE engines (and ofc those with CFMs can still make this sound cuz it's generated from the wings) and you can only hear it at 100% throttle. so why not make it so that it's for all the ceo family and you can hear it regardless of the throttle amount?
