Secret heliport/aircraft carrier boat

You land on one of the destroyer ships that is surrounding OSS Lernivo with a helicopter and once you park there you can buy an aircraft carrier that people can land/refuel on. Can make it so you can toggle player-operated aircraft carriers on the minimap
