Add a new type of waypoint to the map for fuel tanks - shows what airports have fuel tanks for airplanes, and where ship fuel tanks are exactly. Also create a different kind of waypoint in-world to highlight fuel tanks when a hotkey is pressed, kind of like the AWACS ping.

adding onto this, id say create a map icon for fuel tanks that can be toggled on and off (make land fuel tanks orange and water-accessible ones blue)
