The base model is the same, but there are changes such as the promenade deck windows, lifeboats and central propeller. The troop carrier also comes with guns, walkway at the stern and more lifeboats.

also the gantry davits were never put on the stern, the Britannic sank before she got fitted into passenger service, also converting it into a hospital ship was kinda rushed, hence the asymmetry with the front gantry davits

always look at the deck before the top deck and stern. Britannic aka the hospital ship has a fully built room on her stern/tail while the Olympic is missing an enclosed space towards the front on the A-deck aka the deck before the lifeboats. This is why I am here also sorry if this seems to complicated to understand.

Aside from what godzilla mentioned, the Olympic has a few other differences from Titanic (middle propeller has 4 blades instead of 3, and many more lifeboats).
The troop ship also has extra differences, such as even more lifeboats, and cannons
