I don't know if carriers will be added to the game at all, but if they are planned, then perhaps they should be able to refuel carrier-capable aircraft if those pilots land on your carrier? If so, then I propose that a job type be created specifically for carriers, where they can sail to a remote location in the ocean, and they get paid a certain amount of WP based on the amount of fuel that an aircraft takes on, given that the aircraft is currently taking a job and isn't just roaming around in free flight. This limitation is in place to prevent abuse, obviously.
Oh, and to reiterate, the payout is based on how much fuel you give out to those aircraft. A E/A 18G taking on a full tank in the middle of a surveillance mission would pay more than an E-2 picking up 5% fuel on the way to their destination.
Different aircraft carrier classes can be further differentiated if the total amount of fuel that you can give to other aircraft is limited; an escort carrier may only be able to refuel 2-5 aircraft before running out of (aviation) fuel and needing to head to port to resupply, while fleet carriers and supercarriers can refuel 10-20 aircraft before needing to replenish. This could also open up underway replenishment missions for military supply vessels and cargo aircraft, where a carrier can request a resupply and players can accept a special transport job where they would need to take their carrier-capable transports from a nearby airfield to the player in the carrier.
Obviously this is a shitload of suggestions that is quite possibly in violation of rule 3a, but eh, I'm just spitballing here. I know that carriers in Neo can refuel aircraft that land on them, and it would be a shame if the only boats we see in game are ULCC's AFKing for 10 hours at a time.
