HOOOOO BOY THE BOAT CHAINERS ARE GONNA FUCKING HATE THIS.

It is the year 2024. The global economy is going under recession. And the worst part is, ain't nobody signing up to play Euro Truck Sim IRL!11!11!1

Hence, all ports will now have some form of issue when someone starts job chaining with a high-tonnage boat. As aforementioned, due to the lack of truck drivers, ports now will take significantly longer to clear out their existing stockpile of goods. This situation worsens the more you visit that port. Consequently, due to either a lower amount of goods sold (since the port is in overload), import restrictions, tariffs or otherwise, revisiting the same port within a fixed amount of time will yield significantly less WP and $ gain. The time needed to clear out the goods and restore port to standard operational capacity is proportional to the capacity of the ship, and ranges from needing hours to actual weeks (to change from overload to standard state).

Raison d'etre: Boat chaining is stupidly well-paying, and a proper boat chain, as of now, greatly exceeds the pay of any other job. This is an attempt at balance and to give players, well, some form of choice if they want to make bank.

I'm gonna side with Titanium about just removing chaining for boats

Chaining was never considered since it wasn't supposed to be a thing to begin with, and going thru every airport to give boats a cap limit would be a massive distraction for the already overwhelmed coders
