The Concept:
Basically a chat where you can tell other people where a specific plane is found onsale, or giving out a bounty for a plane being found onsale. The channel could have a 2hrs cooldown to avoid spamming or unnessecery chatting like in #trade-den.
Why?
This is not really trade-related, as no planes are bought from the other player or exchanged. So i think that this deserves a seperate channel. (Same could be said for ES'ing Services.)
