we call it the 115 because some goofy aah over at the soviet onion misspelled the project name

155 is the designation for the entire mig-25 program

there is so little info on the aircraft that there isn't an actual designation for the project, so we just call it the 115 instead

technically the reason is that there aren't any blueprints, mockups or stats for them, and the YE-115, has all three

you can just take like 10 minutes to make a cylinder in front of the mig-25 model and call it a day
