Balance Changes for the XB-70A

The concept: make the XB-70A an intermediate surveilance plane between the T-4 and the SR-71.
Reasoning:IRL, the sotka was based on the XB-70A(misinfo) and the XB-70A has a unique feature that differentiates it from both the Sotka and the Sr-71.

Changes & Reasons

** Give the XB-70A the ability to do surveilance missions.**
Realism Reason: NASA did test flights with this thing, and the SOFIA is in no way a surveilance plane like the the sr-71 but it was used by NASA as a telescope for gathering data about the universe. Same for XB-70A, NASA used this plane to gather lots of data about flight at mach 2 and 3.
**Balance Reason: ** This plane would recieve more use by the community if it also had the ability to do surveilance missions, and had a competitive reason for it's use.

** Give the XB-70A drogue chutes. **
Realism Reason: See Figure 1
** Balance Reason: ** It's a high supersonic military bomber, and this would make landing after airstrikes in norman easier, as well as allow it to compete in terms of range and speed with the sotka and sr-71 by spending more of it's time at max speed and altitude before landing.

** (The juicy one) Give the XB-70A a simulated compression lift range bonus while flying supersonic with it's wings folded down **
** Realism Reason: ** The XB-70A was a fundamental step in the concept of waveriding which has to do with generating lift by riding your own supersonic shockwave. The X-51 waverider with hypersonic flight using mostly compression lift, this plane is not. HOWEVER compression lift WAS responsible for the actual xb-70A's extreme range and deep strke ability, and when you look up "compression lift" on google you straight up get a wikipedia page with a picture of the xb-70a, so give the thing some credit 💀. See Figure 2
** Balance Reason: ** This is significantly more interesting than just increasing the xb-70a's range, this involves an actual mechanic that you can engage with. It also makes the SEE POST 2

--contd. xb-70a...well have more range! Probably closer to the sr-71 but slower and with more maneuverability, similar to the sotka.

** Possibly increase the price of the XB-70A **
Balance Reason: These feature changes would increase the demand for the XB-70A ALOT and probably warrent increase it's in game price so that it isn't as profitable to sell...

Change 1: Test flight to determine flight characteristics is nothing like recon at all, the SOFIA observing space is way closer to surveillance than a supersonic characteristics test

Change 2: Sure, if the T-4 has it then no reason for the XB-70 not to

Change 3: Bit complex, but I could see it happen if/when an XB-70 remodel arrives

And as for raising the price, it just isn't relevant tbh. They don't raise prices on remodelled/revamped aircraft, and the player market will do what the player market does regardless if its priced like a Sotka or like an L2K

And to be perfectly honest, the XB-70 won't be a long term pick even if all these changes come in

Sotka and the fighters still turn way better for PTS, and if you can afford a market value XB-70 you might as well go for the SR-71

And unless that compression lift has a major effect, it'd be near identical to the Sotka on a recon mission if such a change was added

TL;DR, it'd just be a weird Sotka/SR-71 hybrid thats too pricy to beat the former and too bad to beat the latter
