Spectator feature (with a time limit of some sort) for CC or people who make videos

I understand that the spectator feature itself is barred in rejected - suggestions, but this isn't for the aspect of exploration but merely for better videos created by CC and said creators. The wing views creators have are somewhat limited and don't help when making films such as air - disasters, cinematics, plane-spotting, new update videos, etc.

I think the best example of what it would look like, would be the PR spectator mode.
