I have a medical issue with my hands that causes them to cramp up badly if i apply pressure in the wrong direction (sometimes tilting it or pressing to hard can make them cramp)
I mostly do boating (as advised from my friend) but turning can cause my hands to cramp really badly cause i have to press and hold the A or D key. my solution would be like in World of Warships (not sponsored) were pressing Q or E locks the rudder in a certain direction, something similar would be a great help. Perhaps clicking the rudder Ui notches would cause the rudder to maintain position. Alas I know it is selfish to ask for something that only really helps me, but I'm sure people other than me would like the change.

apart from the arm situation (gws) I think much of this could work but as a time being what you can also do is hold the key first, click \ to type in chat then let go the rudder keys
