Be able to give away aircaft/heli/airships you dont have licenses on

I think its not fair to not allow players to give away vehicles they dont have licenses on, what if i dont want it?

it's wouldn't make sense ngl, why would you have a plane that you don't have the license to?

and if this was added into the game, wouldn't that mean you wouldn't be allowed to fly the plane even though you have the plane

I remember someone who I trade a scorpion with and he didn't have jet license yet. However, he was still able to trade the scorpion with me so I don't really get what this suggestion means

This only really affects badge and craftable vehicles tho as you can't get planes without licenses except badge vehicles or if you craft a plane you don't have a license on and those are still tradable
