A new mechanic in Aeronautica that lets you do side quest for WP and Cash (and to give people more things to do other than sail for 10 hours.)
Side quest could also give players an exclusive item (EX: helping crop dust 2 whole islands during one flight sessions gives you either a really good engine upgrade for a plane or a really cool single engine idk) if anyone has a better idea on how to have something like this in game, comment.

Because every job in the game is essentially a side quest
