considering we are NOT getting vanir (scandinavia) which is OUTRAGEOUS and DIABOLICAL. i have come up with a new solution. by adding a south extension to avalon (because nobody goes down there anyway) which will be the BALKANS.
why add this?
well because i said so
and because we only have TWO balkan airports in the game. and the balkans are important (yuripa is gonna be chopped anyway)
AND because the balkans are cool. plus we could make use of the space noone uses.
NOW TO START WITH THE AIRPORTS and scenery additions etc etc starting from the top

ZAGREB - Zagreb. croatia region. could possibly just make it split and remodel unserdan into dublin or smth
BUDAPEST - this is something im not sure about.. if ur gonna add it then it could be vienna/prague/budapest or just some airfield, not too sure abt this one idk
BELGRADE - belgrade nikola tesla airport. thats about it.. could also add the dunabe?? idk
TIVAT - cute city in the BAY OF KOTOR in MONTENEGRO. also ive added the bay on the map so there should be a port there for boat losers,
malta - idk i added it just for fun, could be port & airport or just dont add it
PRISTINA - cute airport or could just be some airfield
SOFIA - basically yuripa 2.0 since yuripa is gonna be remodeled into krakow soon
TIRANA - albanian airport
IZMIR - port only(?)
ISTANBUL - istanbul (sabiha gokcen) airport, if its too big then just replace it with izmir

ISSUES:

1. floating point, if its too bad then the extension can be moved elsewhere, doesnt matter what it looks like as long as we have the airports
2. density - some of the airports are under question mark due to it being very dense and we cant fit every balkan country
