#Ability to Lease Aircraft

It would be a cool way to make passive income, and help new players earn money.
I guess the catch would be that if you aircraft is up for lease, you can't use it yourself, unless you take it off the marketplace.
I'm thinking that crashes and refueling would be billed to the person who is renting the aircraft, and maintenance would be billed to the person leasing the aircraft.
makes sense
this is interesting but idk how this could work really
wdym
would it automatically give the plane back when the lease was over?
or do u have to trust someone
yes, and you could lease an aircraft for a certain amount of time.
basically, once the lease is up, the aircraft is returned to the owner
this could definitely work in the game but it does need some tweaking
I mean there are some details that would have to be figured out, but I think it could be really cool, especially if you want to fly cool planes without actually fully buying them
you could literally become this guy
It would be interesting
but due to competition it would decrease to like pennies
what do you mean
basically eventually price will drop enough that it will be less than the dealer price but a massive amount
There could be a lower limit for leasing
yeah
but still it is how a market works
Not necessarily, since people may lease rare aircraft that would have higher prices
yeah but for the common ones that would happen
not really, since most aircraft have a unique livery

I did this in airlones manager it didnt affect company like buying one
interesting
Any specific duration you get to keep the plane or does the guy who offered the plane get to choose how long you get to keep it
To appease the goddamn fucks and cunts that complain about their planes and precious WPs being stolen due to bad choices being made in game
- YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE
May god have mercy on the coding devs that have to make this possible...
Rejected
The problem is just the sheer coding work required
no thats not how a market works in practice
if it worked that way rent would be extremely cheap in the us where its mostly for profit landlord
