Make nav lights not illuminate aircraft surface

They generally do not illuminate red/green onto the aircraft itself, instead they shine outward. Looks really ugly ingame. You should never see your own wings/tail glowing red or green, they are only flashed by the strobes or beacon. Anyone who has been around aircraft at night knows.

Helicopters are a different story but even then they aren't bright enough to paint green/red onto the sides

IIRC the glow range can't be reduced any further due to the small scale so it's probably better to just remove it

the point of nav lights is to be really bright at really long ranges so they can be easily spotted, not shine on surfaces

lighting up surfaces are taxi and landing lights's jobs
