and the way the tool extracts masks they're separated by channel into separate images so it's an ungodly amount of images
although I'm pretty sure they do come with prebaked textures for LOD reasons or something
it's just not that high res and makes them look like RTS assets
I had a wip shader but I deleted it when I was clearing out space on my drives

only for legacy they buffed the shader a ton for evrima and I have not touched that yet

I had it mostly done it was just off because the order of the masks was really confusing
so they were all in the wrong zones

im gonna be done with the Forza Horizon 5 jeep in like half an hour. Let me tell you that forza car models are so tedious 😩 they have so many materials that you would think look the same but are a different material instead of just sharing a small collection of the same materials. They have like 17 plastic black variants for one car 😭
