That is absolutely beautiful.
Are those the original CE models?
Wait no, they're too high poly.
i remodeled them from scratch
They're fantastic then. If you had stuck those in, say, CEA, could have fooled me that they actually did it right.
thank you i worked very hard on them. did the high poly then low poly baked textures
Props for the custom modelling, mad
I just realized you added the faceplate/eyeguard. Amazing work!
I just realized how lovely these look in game after zooming in wow
Awesome set of models- although I'm a little bit confused on what the best way to set up the model in Blender is. Don't know how to disable/enable the individual pieces of armor since they all appear as the same object in the outliner menu
You can separate them was going to release a blender file for rendering purposes but I didn't have time. Even the material is not really ment for blender as I use the metallic map for environment reflection in the game engine
@elder halo any chance you could provide a version of the textures without the hexagons?
yeah i can rebake the textures. you gona try and do Voronoi? i tried but they keep coming out very bad
Yeah, I’ll probably do them procedurally because I have had issues baking them before as well haha
dont look good to me i tried many times edge voronoi looks ok but there to square and triangle
Yeah. Well if you don’t mind baking a clean one that would be awesome.
done
I absolutely fucking love these
You ought to make CE arbiter sometime
Thank you XD. No plans on making a CE arbiter but who knows. Working on CE jackal and hunter ATM so that's taking up my free time
That's awesome to hear. Excited to see how they turn out!
can't for the life of me work out how to separate the armour types
in blender select object go into edit mode select the piece you want and press p to separate into it own object. fastest way to select parts is L or select a face and use similar material
or go to edit mode material properties seclect one of the armor materials and click select. then P
Thankyou so much, I’ll take another look shortly!
This looks so beautiful
I wanna kiss you
