You can apply the material to other h5 armor sets. There should be a pre-existing rig for the h5 techsuit. If not im pretty sure someone uploaded a fully rigged armor pack.

I've definately seen H5 tech suits rigged here before, and after that rigging the armor components is generally very simple as you can get away with simply parenting most armor parts directly to the bones. about the only place its gets funky results is with any abdominal plating.
