Check them out and see if they make any difference

Be mindful though anything with faces not to use the denoise method ones as they get rid of the pores

Select the head, go into edit mode and go into the vertex groups menu and find the head one and press select

#

Vertex groups are under the mesh menu which is the little green triangle in the bottom right

I think the group is like head_c.ref or something similar to that
