The lists need to have specific names, see the documentation in the settings

If it's not working still make sure your http api is turned on in game settings > security > http

If it's still not working after that then you put in the wrong trello info

Does your :admins list look like this

also just checking you followed these steps to get your trello info:

• board ID in https://trello.com/b/**BOARD_ID_HERE**/adonis-test-board
• settings.Trello_AppKey is the personal key here https://trello.com/app-key
• settings.Trello_Token is the key you get from going to https://trello.com/1/connect?name=Trello_API_Module&response_type=token&expires=never&scope=read,write&key=YOUR_APP_KEY_HERE
