Basically add a setting that will give admin only to those who have verified phone number/ID if not then the player will get some sort of a notification

Would be useful for larger groups and higher admin levels to prevent abuse from alt accounts

Could be with an option to put minimum admin level requirement, so people can decide which admin levels cannot be given to unverified people
