Remove the neon sign, get a lamp, a shelf, and some plants. Add some personality (not pop figures) change the RGB to white (colored rgb, especially the pink and blue doesn't look good imo), remove the exposed LEDs on the ceiling and find a wallpaper that fits the white RGB, wood tones, and plants better

The current theme is very generic and seems kinda immature. Neutral colors and greenery will compliment the wood desk and make the setup feel more cozy and mature
