Don't go cheap on the peripherals. 15.99 for a keyboard and 33.99 for a mouse is way too cheap.you could probably get a case that's 10x better for just a little more money. Depending on the price, you should be able to get a 13600k instead of the 12700k. You also need a z690 motherboard instead of the b660 becuase both of the CPUs are "K" CPUs meaning that you need to have a z690 in order to get all of the benefits of a "K" CPU. When looking for a motherboard, try to find one that covers the I/O ports at the back of the motherboard. You could probably get a 3070 for not too much more than the 3060ti as well

Yeah. Get some fans. I would recommend arctic p12's. Minimal RGB is beautiful. So get enough to put around the case and on the aio
