New build. Finally made the desk I wanted.
I love it
That's very cool
Thanks @indigo forge and @high knoll I should stream or something butt i just play games and Cop shoes lol
I just have ps5 and a samsung monitor
Alllll good. Simplicity is nice sometimes lol
Imma give my opinion, its a good setup, but it feels kinda crammed theres to much going on, and it mignt be a good idea to do cable management, so get some raceways and hide the hanging cable from the tv, and do something to hide the wires at the pc, also you could put the hanging cable from the desk under the tabletop and it would look a loot cleaner. That will be all my tips for now
Thanks. Iām not too worried about it though lol

If you made a desk I'm sure you can make or buy a Gameboy, try it!
A game boy?
I'm guessing that's Australian dollars or smth?
No USD
Yes lol
300 for 32gb of mediocre ram is nuts
as is 145 for a 500gb ssd (albeit a good one)
Thats 4x8 DDR4 4000 RAM. And M.2 SSD. Lol how is that Mediocre
vengeance ram
on paper it's fine but vengeance is sub par
if you've got a good kit then that's good
i got lucky as well
there's reports of people not being able to run xmp with vengeance but then being able to with other kits
Ahh well. I do need upgrades soon. But was still good for what I needed at the time
yh
still very expensive for the ssd as well given today you can get a 1tb pcie 4 m.2 ssd with dram for 100 or so
those were crazy times
Yea I know but I didnāt really care. Just needed a PC and was making $1400-$1600 profit on 3080 cards š so I was chillin
yh fair
Of course, some might say it's essential to a setup
Iāve used a game boy Emulator if that counts
It's gotta be the real deal and it's gotta be showcased in your setup
Whereās the game boy in your setup
Are you questioning GameboyFan734?

Nah
That desk is going bend so much, I feel like. future
gahdamn
Haha well if it does, I have a brand new Desk leg that I got from IKEA. Just havenāt installed cause I donāt need to yet
Also, thereās barely any weight on the desk in the middle
What size is the desk?
8 foot
Installing a little upgrade this weekend. Just had to order some Thermal Paste š„
oh nice- that the cpu i upgraded too from ryzen 7 2700x
Today is install day!

Nice gaming chair x)

I installed the 5900x this past weekend and my cores stay at and below 3.4ghz. It will never boost up past that.
I have Reset CMOS.
Restored UEFI defaults on BIOS.
Canāt seem to figure out why it wonāt go up past 3.4 even on heavy load. Any ideas?

have you tried installing amd software overclock or changing settings in bios
I have tried both. Not sure about the adrenaline software overclocks but I have been trying to adjust settings in BIOS. But even with leaving everything factory or default the GHZ per core never go above 3.4ghz
have you tried looking at cpuz stuff
it tell bit more useful info
also was the cpu you got new or bought 2nd hand?
I have CPU-Z installed but not seeing any limits
And I built it myself
Everything was running normally and fine before upgrading the CPU
i mean if the cpu is new- I'm assuming it not liking something
you can try to overclock it cpu to go past 3.4ghz?
have you tried updating drives
also^
Yea Iāve tried Overclocking in BIOS using the curve optimizer. Running Cinebench and still no cores get past that ālimitā I installed the latest chipset drivers yesterday.
Nope. Thatās the only thing
I could flash.
But I was worried about losing something
i never had bios update go wrong- but go mb website fine bios that recommended for your cpu -> could fix or return the cpu and try a other one if that fails
something in your system dont like each other
well, i would contact them on phone just to confirm. download the right bios for your system
L5.01 dowsnt work but 5.0 does
that usually- what i do
oh do they not have a support/contact line
what could i do in cpu-z?
