so I made pixel art right in the original emote size

so basically just multiple duplicate frames to make it an animated webp

chatterino has a bug where static zero width get overlayed onto by animated emotes, but this can averted when the zero width itself is animated
so in theory by giving an otherwise static emote several frames to count as an animated emote, this issue doesn't happen
