Hello, I'm streaming on the Kick platform. When using your plugin, some chat emotes don't show up in the plugin, and the emotes appear to be overlaid on the pages, as if they weren't there at all. However, when I close the plugin and try again, everything is fine, and previously used emotes are visible. I contacted Kick about this, and the information they provided indicated a bug in your app. Yes, that's what I noticed when I tried it.
The first method I posted is the one that works when the plugin is closed, and the other one is the error that prevents some statements from appearing when the plugin is open.
When we press the F12 key, we encounter a red warning and it states that this is related to an emtoe error, but when the plugin is closed, the problem with that warning does not reoccur.
I am using the latest version as version 3.1.9. I have been using it for a long time. There is something like this for the last 3-4 days. I would appreciate it if you could help me solve it.

After a long time, I noticed that when I edit an emote name on Kick and combine the word I chose with a normal word, I write mdbenMD. It seems like it restricts this word in the channel, but if I add a letter to the word or write a different word, what happens? It might be detecting it. When any word or thing comes next to it, there is no problem. However, when I write mdbenMD for the word MD, the emotes are deleted in a few words next to it. Is there something else going on? Is there a filter?

@fresh bronze I can't show a word that is correct only when using it on 7tv. It looks like 2 emotes were sent at the same time but it shows as if only 1 was sent. When I control the visible one with the mouse, that 1 emote tries to be visible as if it is just a number, but since I haven't written a number, it can't make the exact assumption about that command. When I close the plugin and try, it works properly.
So when I check one emoticon, there is another one added next to it, but it can't detect it properly and combines it with something like a number and never shows it as a separate thing, for example, in that case, when I write it with an extra space, it detects it more clearly, but this normally doesn't happen with anything else. It perceives it as if I added it without leaving an extra space, and this is impossible to happen with a single emoticon. If you ask which one, it tries to show it as an emote like emote:4204473, but since it seems to combine with the first emote I posted, it doesn't show as a chat emote in the application.
There is actually more than 1 here and this only happens when I try to send this expression called BB. To fix it, I add letters to the end of the word ending in MD or send them one by one. It usually fixes it. There is a problem with this expression called 4204473 but they don't see it as a problem except on 7tv.
We'd appreciate it if this situation could be addressed. This has exhausted Kick officials quite a bit, and I've been trying to find a solution since this morning.
If what I'm experiencing prevents it from appearing as if there is no space between the two, it seems ridiculous that it should only be with a plugin.

I don't understand. Can you show me the specific issue? I can't see something that 7TV is causing from your screenshots
But as a general fix support. re-install the extention the do the "onboarding " page. and make sure that it gives twitch kick and youtube all perms. that way there's no issue
Then close chrome and re-open it. and it should work as expected

MD is my name, I can also speak the MD part. I can write the word as MD and speak it. I click on the expression in that word's name with the mouse and then I click on the other name, but it doesn't seem like I clicked in a scattered way, but it selects two expressions as if I'm writing them as one big text. Here, after I write those expressions in the chat, since I left them in the chat, where the two expressions are scattered, it doesn't appear there anymore, as if it automatically looks like the same two words.
For example, when I select and click on the photo I sent, before sending it to the chat, it seems like it is sending without any space between two emoticons, so it gives an error between the emoticons. However, this looks bad when the 7tv plugin is installed, and looks fine when it is not installed, but there is something in the plugin that breaks this.
And when I change the name of the erroneous expression there, it doesn't give an error like that. But why would something like this happen? If it wasn't a plugin error, it shouldn't be working properly. If it were related to kick, it wouldn't be visible as being related to your browser plugin.

The expression here seems to be correct, but as always, I get the same error regarding the situation I reported to you, only when I write these two expressions side by side, it seems like the plugin perceives it as something written without any space between the two expressions and I have to manually add the space between them.

Unfortunately, we are unable to intervene or make any changes to how the 7TV extension functions on our platform. The extension was created and linked with Kick by their team, so resolving this issue is solely their responsibility. Our API is public, and any third-party services are responsible for the performance of their products, while the Kick side remains unchanged.

Problems like this always seem to be related to you. Normally, this wouldn't have happened before. One of your updates might have been corrupted recently.
I would like you to check your system and if there is anything you need to fix, please fix it.

Yes I am aware thera are some issues going on with how 7TV Handles emotes on Kick as of now. And we are working on it. I understand that even the sizing can be wrong on Kick as well. and will be working on this as soon as I'm done with more important stuff. But thank you for your report

@crisp plume this is not a fix for 7TV (that might take some time), but you could try installing NipahTV for Kick. it's compatible with 7TV emotes and supports Kick channel emotes as well. note that for it to work, you have to disable 7TV for the Kick domain (in the 7TV onboarding which you cn access by reinstalling it)
