#Accounts Merged, Connected to each other's Twitch channel's rather than their own

Hello! I am a moderator for a streamer and have a strange dilemma. I was an editor for their channel at one point in the past, and then at some point our accounts randomly merged. Now when I sign into 7TV using my twitch, I sign into the account with their name. In the settings I can choose my account or theirs from the "display name" dropdown, and in the connections section, my account has their Twitch listed as a connection and vice-versa.

This means that we share emote sets across both of our Twitch channels, and I can't make an emote set for my own channel or make any changes without it changing on theirs as well.

I would like to unmerge our accounts and have them connected to the correct respective Twitch channel, but it doesn't seem like something I can do on my end. Is this something that can be resolved?

No I never actively chose for this LUL it strangely just happened one day? I went to sign in using my Twitch info and it showed their account name for me? I was confused

you have 2 twitch accounts linked to your profile for some reason, I don't think you can do that by mistake

I wish I had a reasonable answer for how this happened but I can try to explain it lol. So my Twitch account is the Peeksnon one, that is owned by me. Though I have had to sign into the other person's twitch before to help them with some things, but I dont own it

The emote sets and everything in that user page are meant for Sweet_Anita's twitch channel, of which my Peeksnon account was once an editor. And then strangely some time in the past (without me asking for it) they merged and this is the current state

So I would want that 7TV user and all of its emote sets to be retained by Sweet_Anita, and I just want to be able to have a Peeksnon 7TV page connected to my actual twitch where I can edit for her lol

No I swear neither of us ever asked for it, I have always managed the 7TV side of things she doesn't handle any of it

Yeah I originally was listed as an editor back in the day with the old 7TV website. I saw that random blank nothingness account myself in the profile and was wondering what it meant

I only just noticed the current state of this because I wanted to make my own emote sets for my personal twitch channel and saw that I had all her emote sets in my page already Dentge

Btw were you a sub in the past? or had any cosmetics?

Cause if not and you don't care about join date then I can unlink your twitch connection, you'll create a new profile and we'll move your uploaded emotes to this new profile

The one thing i can't fix that way is sub duration and cosmetics

No was never a sub or had any cosmetics. I'd be happy to unlink my connection and move everything to a new profile as long as it has no impact on Anita's profile/emote sets
