I opened it with private mode and i can scroll which makes no sense to me

I also manually turned off all my extensions but i still cant scroll outside private mode

In incognito the localStorage showEasterBar is set to none, Menaing it'll show the bar and it woon't cause an issue. but when closing that. firefox handles css differently which causes the scroll emotes loader to break

you can do window.localStorage.removeItem("showEasterBar") in console to fix scrolling for now
