list your current account as your main and the account youre going to create as the alt.
a 7tv mod will merge them for you

just to clarify further, after the accounts got merged you can remove the old twitch connection and then add a new one. You just always need to have at least 1 active connection remaining, that's why you need that Discord connection merged in there

probably not since I logged in to 7TV via twitch login details and I didn't have discord or anything else connected

yea that's why trippy suggested that merge
basically it would look like this. You have your main account with just your old, banned twitch connected, so no way to log in into that at the moment. If you go to the 7TV homepage and select log in with discord it will create a new 7TV account for you with only a Discord connection. You request a merge of the new account into your old account. When this merge was done you have your old account with twitch AND Discord connected. So when you log in with Discord now, you will get logged into your old 7TV account. Now you can remove the banned twitch connection and add a new twitch connection to a different channel. You'll keep paints, subscription and everything
it's a bit complicated but unfortuantely the only way at the moment to keep your 7TV account

So we probably don't understand each other, because I now have a new account on 7tv via Discord, but when I give that to connect Twitch I enter my denunciations, but when I click on login, it doesn't jump for me, my computer is banned and I can't log in, so I can't even connect to the new 7TV chapes

ok, perfect, now you go into #1204296851541467157 and request a merge of your new account into your old account. Just provide the links to them and explain that you need your new account merged into the old one to get the Discord connection into that
And delete the message you already posted in there earlier

use this template for the merge request, so it's easier to keep track off:
Alt: <7tv link to the profile you want to be deleted>
Main: <7tv link to the profile you want to be merged into>
Reason (Optional):
Prove: <Attach an image of your ownership of both accounts>
provide links to both accounts (chris linked them both here)
and provide proof of ownership (the alt account has discord connected so that's fine, but you need to show that you're the owner of the other profile)
