Hi! I’m experiencing some issues with my emotes not appearing in OBS Chat and my browser. I’ve tried several solutions, but nothing has worked so far.. As a last resort, I decided to unlink my account and then reconnect it, hoping that might help. Unfortunately, after doing that, I discovered that all of my emotes are gone, along with my 2.5-year subscription to the extension, which is really confusing.

Is there any way to recover my emotes and restore my subscription? It’s showing that I can subscribe to the extension again, even though I already have an active subscription.

I’m a bit lost on how to address the extension and emote issues, but losing over 900 emotes and my subscription is quite frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated! sweat

can you check in your browsers history if you have an URL to your profile?

this profile should still exist, it just has no connections so you can't login to it

I just tried to see if It'd update if I add an emote to the account but everything's wiped..

well okay, that was a DENTGE moment, ngl. I got suggested to just unlink the connections to everything but it never gave me specifically the option to unlink it from twitch if you know what I mean. I was still logged in. think

Well I guess what happened is that you unlinked your twitch connection and while trying to connect it again it created a new account

yeah no worries, unlinking your last connection actually shouldn't be possible

I use the StreamElements version of OBS and even when I'm not streaming it's also not showing up in my browser huh
