I have submitted multiple emotes and have yet to see or hear of any progress after days. And its been multiple emotes over multiple days. After each submission im sent to what should be the preview page of my emote but they say no longer available instead of the emote pictures. I would like to know if the site has basically required subscriptions to have any use or if im doing anythiing wrong, please.

okay so there is only one emote that you have created - are you asking about adding emotes to your channel or about submitting your own emotes?
the way you describe it sounds like you tried to upload an emote but it didn't happen

Yes, ive been trying to add new emotes but when the submission bar fills up it loads the preview page for the emote but says the emote is no longer available

but I can tell you that either way it's not due to lack of subscription - subscriptions give you access to cool paints and badges but emotes are available to everyone the same
