Hey, I don't think that channel has any 7TV emotes. Are you referring to their channel (or subscriber) emotes?

Or are you perhaps referring to your personal emotes?

I think the problem here is that the personal emote set is somehow not recognized as a personal set but a "normal" emote set.
If I go to your channel I can somehow see your personal emotes there in the menu but not your normal set

#

But no idea how to fix this, I guess a dev or at least a mod has to take a look at that problem docHmm

^ Like Chris just mentioned, that seems to be the case. So this will most likely have to be fixed by a mod or admin/dev.

I appreciate you looking. At least I know it's not something obvious that I can fix on my own. Do I have to contact them separately or will they see this? Sorry. I'm new here and I'm frustrated at this point lol I've been trying to figure this out for hours.

There should only be one. Are you able to select the non-personal emote set for your Twitch connection?

So I deleted the other one completely. This one is linked to my twitch and my discord. I can see my personal emotes on my chat on my non existent channel... But nowhere else 😑

I got my account reconnected to twitch. I can see the personal emotes in my own chat still but twice now 🙄

oh, deleting was not necessary here. At least it was only the non personal one, otherwise that would have been a big problem MONKAS what pimothy meant was just enabling the other set as the active one

I can but I honestly think it was something to do with it being unlinked in the connection thing in twitch because now it's working. I'm just happy I figured it out after 3 hours. Thank you both so much Homi
