I'm experiencing the same situation here. I was hoping it would clear up on its own after a couple of resets but it's been three days now and I'm still getting the same error message. I've reset all site data, tried unlinking and relinking my twitch account (may have created another one on accident because of this), uninstalled the chrome extension and reinstalled. I'm at a loss and I'm running out of ideas. Every time I've tried logging onto on the 7tv website or through the twitch extension and it attempts to redirect me this is the error I get. All the 7tv emotes appear and function as intended when I'm using chatterino or twitch.tv itself but it refuses to login for me. Am I missing something obvious? Please help. Thank you.

I signed into to Kick and pressed continue as shown in the gif but it doesn't seem to want to go any further beyond the point of authentication.

I can't login on https://7tv.app/ because when I try to I get the same status code as OP. It's a broken cycle that doesn't give me an in either way. Pretty disappointed as I'm still having the same problem. Starting to think there is something else going on behind the scenes that is responsible for this.

Yes I tried it just now and it didn't stay stuck on the authentication window this time. I'm logged in on the 7tv.app right now through Kick. No luck with linking the twitch account though because of the status code.

that status code implies problem with logging into account with the same username: #help-old message

no only ever had one 7tv account (unless it made another one without me knowing trying to fix this issue) and haven't ever changed twitch name

I tried linking discord to my account and it ended up making an entirely new account instead? Hmm

@iron lark i think there's problem with accounts that only has kick linked and they are unable to link other connection

Bumping as I have this same issue with trying to log in via Twitch. I first unlinked my Twitch account from 7tv. I wanted to relink it to try to update an emote display component on my Twitch page.

But, after unlinking, the default account became a Youtube, and youtube linking is broken. So, now I can’t login at all.
