I had this issue before. I know it didn't work for proxy but maybe it will work for you. try going to old.7tv.app and subscribing there instead. it fixed things for me hopefully it works for you

Unfortunately it doesn't work, I've tried gift myself but can't either

I had this issue. What you need to do is cancel your subscription and wait for it to end, then resubscribe.

Click on Do Not Renew and wait until your sub runs out.

Oh, it looks like yours already ran out. You should be able to reactivate it now.
