I can't argue with percentage of ad break time and percentage of unskippable ads. Twitch should make some changes to that.

But the views could explain a lot. If you manage to get almost 30k views for 8 hours of youtube stream (incl. post stream views), your CPM will be much higher than if you manage to get 10k+ views all together in 10+ streams on twitch over the course of a month.
