Depending on what it is, you can probably get away with going all the way up to 128x height
Just make sure you're using nearest neighbor with pixel art rescaling

Upscale it exactly 400% with nearest neighbor and add transparent pixels until it’s 128 pixels tall. Thats the only way to get guaranteed sharp pixels. It used to be where if you uploaded a smaller image it would do the nearest neighbor for you, and not require it to be the full 128 pixels tall, but I don’t think it does that anymore.

I’d also recommend checking their chats to see if they have it aliased as anything, and add those as tags so it’s easier to find again

the 30 from both -r and --fps can be changed to whatever you want, although the image processor still has the 50 fps limitation, I believe

the -y is just to automatically overwrite files if they exist

-start_number 1 isn't needed but can be changed to some other number if you need to start from some other frame

#

%04d.png looks for 4 digits

tif would be better but I've been using png for gifski compatibility
