I'm currently struggling with procrastination, so I really wanna work on that for getting my full focus on studying. That's why I'm starting the anti-procrastination challenge. Let's set a clear goal which procrastination habit we want to get rid of and then start a streak.
My first goal is to stop scrolling. I realised that it's wasting a lot of time and energy I wanna rather use for studying. Means from now on: no scrolling on social media, no browsing through the internet, only if it is part of my studies. As soon as I scroll, I fail. For the beginning, I give myself a minute to stop in case I automatically started scrolling.
